What sexuality is the Joker?

In the comics some I have portrayed him as straight, some as gay, some as him being asexual or bisexual...

But how about in the movie?

He mentions having a wife but he seems to care deeply about Batman.

I think he has no sexual feelings, he has no need for it like human life

Hmm I agree with Genghis that he probably doesn't care sexually for anyone...

Though, I think it would be really good in the comics if the Joker suddenly kissed Batman

Well he did mention he had a wife, I think he is straight but I could imagine him being bisexual

Well I think he is gay in the comics possibly, in the film I don't think he is sexually attracted to Batman, he's more like his anthesis that he needs.

it's his other half but not of a sexual nature.

Also, you can't trust the wife story as he said his dad caused his scars then he said he did it for his wife.

LOL but would they allow it as kids read the comics, though it would get a lot of publicity for it
